For embroidery, we require the DST or EMB file type. If you do not have this (most of our clients don’t), we will need to digitize it for $50.00.
Yes. We offer design support to refine your artwork, prepare it for printing, or create something from scratch. If you’re starting with an AI-generated or low-resolution images, we may need to optimize it in order to look right on your final product. This may incur an additional cost.
We do our best to match brand colors as closely as possible using professional inks for screen printing and direct to film and thread matching for embroidery.
We typically request 10-14 business days for turnaround after design approval. Rush options may be available depending on your order size and production schedule.
